Empowering Barber students for a brighter future.

Supporting education and innovation.

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn't. For too many aspiring barbers and cosmetologists, the dream ends before it begins — stopped not by lack of skill, but by the cost of tuition, tools, and time. The Borner's Foundation exists to change that. We fund education, mentor emerging professionals, and honor a craft that has shaped neighborhoods, careers, and communities for generations.

The Borner's Foundation invests in the next generation of barbers and cosmetologists — removing financial barriers, building skilled professionals, and strengthening the communities they serve.

Scholarships That Open Doors

We cover tuition, kits, and licensing costs for students pursuing barbering and cosmetology — so passion, not paychecks, determines who gets to learn.

Mentors Behind Every Cut

Our network of master barbers, salon owners, and industry leaders guides students from their first cut to their first chair.

Stronger Every Block

Every barber we support goes on to serve hundreds. We also fund community events that offer free haircuts, essential resources, and a welcoming chair to anyone who needs one — because real impact happens block by block.

“With the support from Borner’s, we have been able to serve our students better than ever.”
